Construction on the City of Dallas MRF is expected to be completed by the end of 2016, with the opening of the facility on January 2, 2017.
Noticeable progress has been made in the month since the last update, mainly in the surge of landscaping additions to the grounds, the fence, parking lot, scales, paving signage, exterior lightening, etc.
The plant has permanent power since the middle of the month.
The equipment installation is under schedule and we are getting ready to begin the testing pretty soon!
