We’re excited to share that we are in the process of updating our Florida customer's payment portal to Navusoft. This portal is designed to give you more visibility, control, and peace of mind when it comes to your waste and recycling services. 

With our improved portal, you can now:

🔹 View Your Service Schedule
Easily check upcoming and past service dates so you always know when to expect your collection.

🔹 Track Completed or Pending Services
Stay informed in real-time with status updates on whether services have been completed — no more guesswork!

🔹 Request Extra Services
Need a bulk pickup or additional collection? Submit your request quickly and easily through the portal.

🔹 Message Our Team Directly
Got a question or concern? Use the portal to send a message directly to our customer service team for a timely, personalized response.

🔹 Set Up Auto-Pay
Make billing hassle-free with convenient auto-pay options, so you never miss a payment.

🔹 Two payment methods: 

  1. Mail check:  Please use the "PO Box address" referenced on your invoice.
  2. Navusoft Payment Portal – https://pay-online.fccenvironmental.com/

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT:

  1. Call us at 877-913-1450 or email us at inquiries@fccenvironmental.com – Our team will verify your email and send you a confirmation link.
  2. Once you receive an email with a time-sensitive confirmation link follow the instructions provided to setup your account.
  3. After access has been created, you can log in anytime using your personalized USER ID (email address provided) and PASSWORD to view and manage your account.
