Why You Received Two Bills Close Together
In November 2025, invoices were issued for the fourth quarter of 2025, which covered October, November, and December 2025. Residents have now received their invoice for the first quarter of 2026, which covers January, February, and March 2026. These invoices correctly reflect two separate service periods. FCC apologizes for any confusion this may have caused.
What to Expect Going Forward
- You will receive your Q2 invoice in April 2026. This invoice will cover April, May, and June 2026.
- You will receive your Q3 invoice in July 2026. This invoice will cover July, August, and September 2026.
- You will receive your Q4 invoice in October 2026. This invoice will cover October, November, and December 2026.

As part of the transition to FCC for curbside recycling and trash service, Waste Pro, the current service provider, will begin retrieving their carts from subscribing residents starting December 2, 2024. Following Waste Pro’s retrieval, FCC will deliver new carts to subscribing residents. While there may be a brief period when some residents are without a cart, FCC will work closely with Waste Pro to ensure no resident is without a cart on their scheduled service day.
Once the new FCC carts are delivered, Waste Pro will continue servicing these carts until FCC services officially begin on January 2, 2025.
Each new FCC cart will include a letter with important details about the transition. Residents are encouraged to click here to read the letter online.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this process.
