What is bulk waste pickup?

Bulk items include items that are too large to fit into a garbage cart (see examples below). Two large items or up to three cubic yards may be collected on an on-call basis. Each household is limited to one bulk pickup per month. Call FCC Environmental Services at 904-490-9996 or online at https://fccenvironmental.com/clay-county/ to request a bulk collection prior to putting the items curbside. The collection day will be the next available day of service for your location, as determined by FCC’s collection schedule. Bulk items should not be put out for collection more than one day prior to the scheduled collection day provided by FCC. FCC also offers additional pickups at a cost.
